I was a little taken back having to pay for a service I dont use every month. But, I am glad I do! I am very happy with the service I receive from Native. From scheduling my appt. to the tech who comes to the house, to the follow=up after service. All A=1. Everytime I call, my needs are taken care of. Informed on arriving time. and what tech is coming. I am very happy with the service.
Your service provider is very accommodating and friendly and does a great job of dealing with any specific issues that may arise. You should be happy to have him in your employ.
The person who came to do the quarterly service was professional, knowledgeable, friendly and accommodating. We asked her to come inside our home which she did with respect.
