I recently bought a Kuat bike rack. Jadon helped me order a hitch from UHaul, which was the least expensive way to have one installed. Then he installed my rack and practiced with me how to lock it, load a bike on and off, and secure the bike with the built in cables. Excellent and friendly customer service which I greatly appreciated !

Just wanted to say thank you for hooking me up while I was back in town visiting. I took my new soloist for its first ride, 36 miles and 2800 ft of elevation. I was all smiles the whole way and it’s the first time in 15 years my hands have not gone numb while riding in a very long time. Thanks for the great bike and the great fit.
