Had an awesome experience getting my wife’s new Trek Checkpoint here; she couldn’t be happier! The customer service at NBX is second to none. The crew here is incredibly helpful, and they aren’t looking to sell just a product, they are looking to sell a continued relationship to grow the bike community in RI. I love the bike brands that are offered at NBX. The sales people are top notch and very knowledgeable and friendly. They are a big help in choosing the right bike for you and your needs. The service mechanics are the best in the industry. I have my bikes serviced or repaired only at NBX. The accessories and apparel are all high quality items in their store. For me purchasing the top of the line apparel makes a big difference when you spend over 300 hours a year in the saddle. The quality accessories are also a bonus.
