We were surprised booking months in advance that we still couldn’t get hard tail e-bikes and had to have full sus e-bikes as these were very heavy and unwieldy for x-country riding. Also found it very frustrating that there were no facilities for returns after 4.30-5.00 as many other bike hire places elsewhere appreciate people want full days and a letter return facility.

Great bikes and helpful suggestions on where to ride. Friendly staff. We hired a hardtail and an e-bike, both bikes were in excellent condition. They ensured we had spare tubes, and a pump just in case we had a flat (fortunately we didn’t need these). Provided us with clear instructions on how to access trails and where we would need to bike on main roads

I use Nevis cycles primarily for services and find them friendly, helpful and knowledgeable. They have also replaced parts including labour without charge when there was a query after servicing. The parking accessability is very handy
