I live in England (I know, but my blood is tartan). I was just a touring cyclist, staying 1 night locally whose bike needed emergency treatment. Despite my English accent, I was treated sympathetically when I phoned, my bike was expertly restored to roadworthiness first thing in the morning and I was given brilliant information about my cycle route for the day. This is exactly what a touring cyclist needs, a proper cycle shop with kind, caring and understanding people working in it to help a fellow cyclist on her happy way. Thank you

Staff were excellent when booking and on the day, they were super useful in terms of instructing our group about the use of the bikes. Bikes were in great quality and worked very well. Definitely use Nevis Cycles again.
