The classes are great but the pool could do with being a bit warmer as I am an older person,some of the staff on reception are not very helpful sometimes when you have a query I have been told to go and sort it out on line and twice I was sent an email that I owe £3 for not attending classes when I have I sent an email with all these items in back in November but nobody got back to me.

this Gym has exselent customer Servise also very well traynd staff members they do safety chackes which they recenty dan the fire alrm test and as custome every one was informed no panic i feel safe very cline and tyidy im very happy as a customer very good maneger and all staff members are well trayned. thanks ps Mr A.[LAST NAME REMOVED] March 2020
