I love the Unity church summer camp. The weekly field trips are a blast from the game van to the snake farm. My son, who is eight, constantly is making new friends, feels welcomed and gets to do things he enjoys like play soccer, watch movies and even play board games. He feels safe there and whenever I pick him up he is smiling

The YMCA in New Braunfels is very friendly with a smaller community. They have excellent facilities with two pools, a therapy pool that is deep and warm plus a lap pool with cooler temperatures. The facility is extremely clean and the locker rooms are very nice, the lockers have their own locking system so you don't need to bring a lock and hair dryers are available with plenty of room. They offer Pilates Reformer classes for an add-on fee and their personal trainers are exceptional. Many different classes are offered for all levels and they have an exercise program with a variety of classes for active adults each day. Aqua classes are also offered. They have a fun place for kids to be supervised while parents are working out but the facility, as a whole, is geared more to adults and teens.

I loooved the water Zumba! It’s never full of people there’s always exercise machines available. The schedules available are perfect! They have so many times to choose from. You get to pick and choose which activity and what time is best for you. There’s always that 2nd chance to enroll if you missed one.

As a lap swimmer I am throughly impressed with your aquatics facility, staff, and structure. I love that I can schedule my swims and know I have a lane waiting for me. As a former aquatics director for the ymca I have to say how amazed I am with the aquatics staff. The lifeguards are attentive, kind, and beyond helpful. I actually look forward to coming to the pool to workout a few times a week. Huge shout-out to the aquatics group! Also, when we registered last week the membership staff were wonderful, answered all our questions, gave a great tour, and overall our experience was a 10/10!
