Being a first time propane user, I found that the 2 serveman who came explained everthing thoroughly. Helped us with a poor water heater installation by calling the installer to come out to make it right. Really appreciated that!
The office staff was very friendly and helpful when I was signing up for service. I would recommend them, for sure.
we are on the automatic fill plan but they told us they can't call us in advance to let us know when they are coming. we need to know this because we have to make sure the dogs are in. we have a dumby lock that the driver is aware of but if a new driver comes they might not know this a leave without filling the tank even though the gate only appears to be shut. this has happened before so a call in advance would be nice.
Every time that I call to place an order, I am greeted by a friendly, helpful person making ordering quick and easy. I've been a customer for a little over a year and have never had an issue- only excellent service!
Great service on 'auto refill over the years with one bad! slip up on a Dec/Jan time with lows in the -10 degree range.
I was traveling and got home to a 34 degree home.
Luckily no burst pipes!
