I appreciate the professional advice and tips on bike care and maintenance. On a recent visit, I asked Hannah for any tips on pedal removal. She didn’t hesitate to flip a bike over, grab a wrench, and demonstrate. In one minute, Hannah showed me all I needed to know. Chris has also shown and described other simple bike maintenance techniques to me. This information is always delivered in a way that doesn’t make me feel completely incompetent (even though that may be the case). I don’t want to be a bike mechanic, and will continue to bring bikes in for service, but being able to perform simple things myself is very helpful. Thanks for all you do for the community!

This shop was great ! My mountain bike shoes were falling apart so I ordered new shoes online and the shop was kind enough to try them on for my to see if this brand was a true women's 8 so I did not have to purchase 2 sizes and return one! Thanks guys they are perfect! Shimano GE 500 size 40 worked great!

Customer service gets an A+, I sent an e-mail request for an estimated delivery as they had posted a notice indicating they were experiencing high order volumes. Well to my surprise I received a phone that answered all of my questions live on the call. This small gesture (speaking to a human) ensures that I will be a repeat customer!

I liked that you have a large selection of xc ski boots, especially combi boots, which most other shops do not have. Same for skis, although it is end of season so understand having fewer choices for fit. I appreciated the friendly and helpful staff, and quality care for fit of boots and especially with the fit of skis.

Jake replied to my detailed email and already had a few skate ski package options ready when I arrived Saturday afternoon. I feel I got lots of genuine help and patient expert advice and support throughout my shopping experience. I needed that, because even though I have been classic cross country skiing for 52 years, I didn't know enough about skate skiing. Despite the warm weather I was still able to take the new skis to WinMan trails the next day and I am very happy with the equipment.
