I appreciate the attention to detail during repair/ tune-up services. I never feel that unnecessary work is performed, or that unnecessary parts are replaced. But when a part does need replacing (i.e. brake pads or worn chain), having the work done while in the shop rather than risk a problem on the trail is much appreciated.

We had a great experience at New Moon! Hannah worked with us by showing us multiple types of e bikes so we could ultimately zero in on the type of bike that fit our needs!! She was knowledgeable, friendly and patient! If you’re interested in e bikes, call Hannah!!

All around great service! I always feel important or valued as a customer when I shop at the store. I would love a text message with a planned day of completion after dropping off a bike for service. It would be a sort of confirmation of the job based on notes at drop-off, etc.. For me, it's great to know in advance when things will be complete. Thank you!
