I have a recommendation for the New Tampa YMCA.
On Sundays it gets so crowded in the pool that long course ends up getting congested.
So much pool space is wasted as families, lessons, etc clog up one side of the pool and the deep end is vacant but because it’s long course that space isn’t utilized.
Is there a way, especially in summer when so many families are present, to go short course on Sundays?
That way the families and lessons can inhabit the shallow end and we swimmers can utilize the deep end and spacing is much more efficient and effective.
Thoughts?
I was able to have some training sessions to be more effective with my arm and leg exercises. I like that I can attend a variety of classes where I can meet other people with similar goals.
The facilities are very well kept. Equipment is good and the trainers are outstanding. Classes are extremely helpful in getting a great workout in a short time (usually an hour).
My child had a great experience, even though he did not know any other campers, and enjoyed the activities. I liked that the activities were indoors most of the day, so the campers were not in the heat all the time.
Great classes with great instructors. I go to Silver Sneakers three times a week and enjoy every minute of it. The people at the front desk are also very friendly. They put me in a good mood every day.
