I have used the Parking Spot in Newark and Philly for a long time. I am ALWAYS greeted by employees who are incredibly kind and helpful and often hilarious! I also feel confident my car is safe and secure. We arrived recently in Newark at 1 am, and the shuttle driver was super upbeat and literally turned my frown upside down! I am sorry I didn’t get his name! I will always recommend this parking garage!

There's not a bad thing to say about this company! I've used them many times. They are super efficient and exceptionally reliable. I use the self park. I pull into a spot and like magic the shuttle bus is there to take me to the terminal. I get a card from the driver with my spot number on it so that when I arrive home the driver knows where to drop me off. When I park at the Parking Spot I know my trip will start stress free.
