The valet service is great, I find the drivers are very nice and friendly. Last time I called when I landed (my phone wasn’t getting a signal I thought) the person who answered the phone was very friendly and made sure I knew about the terminal A location changes and where to go. Thank you

By having the app on my phone, the Parking Spot knew when I landed at Newark and was able to direct me to the proper pickup spot for the shuttle. I could see where the various shuttles were on the app while we waited. The wait was not long and the car was ready when we arrived.
