I like that you pick us up where we park & bring us back to our car, helping with luggage. I appreciated the water at the exit, but we could have used some when we arrived. It was a little tricky to get to 78W, but we found it.

We like the uncovered valet except this last return trip on 4/2 our car was not waiting for us. We waited out in the cold and drizzle until someone came out of the building and took our ticket and then went and got our car. No biggie but doesn't that defeat the point of the valet service?
