I love Parking Spots, never had any issues, but this time we arrived at 1:30 am and had to wait for the shuttle for about 40 minutes. One shuttle for 15 people is not enough.

I am always so impressed on how well everything is run and organized. Recently I arrived at Newark airport at 2:30AM… there was a shuttle waiting for me and my car was started when we arrived at their location. I love the app too, which always gives shuttle updates if you need that. The only disappointment was being charged $42 for picking my car up 2 hours late (flight delay) when I only paid $33.75/day. Felt like that was excessive since that’s more than I paid for a day of parking.

Employee was at the entrance gate, helped with access scan, pointed where to park, called pick up bus, pickup bus was immediately by me as I parked. upon return, pickup bus was waiting by pickup area. a no hassle place to park. highly recommend!
