Quick pick up and drop off at the terminals. What I don't like are the conditions of the fleet of vans. The ride is rough and jaw racking. Also the pickups at Terminal A. The vans can't go from Terminal A to Terminals B & C without going all the way out of the loop and coming back in past the old Terminal A.

Over all a good experience with the Parking Spot. The team members a great. My only complaint was waiting for the shuttle to the lot. We had to wait for 40 minutes as 3 shuttles that stopped were full. Finally able to get onto the 4th.

I'm so happy that, even though we didn't arrive home on time, our car was safe and we had no problems checking out. We're grateful, and I doubt we'll ever use any other airport parking. Also, we had a slew of issues with our flight coming home, and the attendant was wonderful. She was professional, friendly, and so very helpful. It's exactly what we need after such a stressful day at 3 am.

This was a gem for us. I was warned that flying out of Newark was awful. You guys made it smooth and so easy. We didn’t have to wait for a ride there or when we returned from the airport. The car was waiting. The app was easy to use and the drivers were really friendly. As were the lot attendants. 10 out 10! Thank you all!

Love valet service and super short ride to airport, but please bring back the tipping QR codes! One driver had a code, one didn't so we ended up overtipping in cash because we didn't have change.
