Usually, I had good experiences in the past. However, this time, I was not that happy. I booked valet (as I always do). When I called from the terminal I thought that it would have been adequate. When I got off the shuttle, my car was not there. It was early morning and very cold. I had to wait a couple of minutes, the person was not very friendly. In addition, the windshield was iced and I had to clean it,before I could start to drive. I expected abetterservice.

My husband and I recently used the Hayes Parking Spot that services Newark Liberty airport. We booked the reservation a few weeks ahead of time and decided to use the valet outdoor parking. We arrived and was extremely satisfied with the efficient and friendly staff. The staff was informative and told us everything we needed to know. When we arrived back at Newark, we had already been informed by text that our car was being warmed up and was ready for us. We waited maybe 2 minutes outside. The shuttle pulled up and we were on our way. This was a very satisfying experience and we will use this service again without hesitation. One other point, we left out of terminal C but returned to terminal A forty-five minutes earlier and the Parking Spot kept track of all of it.
