Everything went very smoothly (except I always go to the wrong entrance - but that's on me). Leaving the car took a few seconds & I was on the bus to the terminal. My flight was a couple of hours late on the way back but when I opened the app, it recognized me and told me where the bus was. The nice warm bus was waiting, which was great because it was bitterly cold.The driver was friendly & we chatted. When I got to the lot, my car was there, warmed up with the snow and ice scraped off and I drove off home.

Multiple pick up shuttles. Electronic awareness that we were in the terminal and text message sent. I’d like to see that translate into bringing the car out without us calling. I like your service so far and we’ll use you again.

Your driver this past Sunday was exceptional. In spite of the bus being full he stopped at each location with people waiting and let them know another bus was on the way, even stepping out of the bus to let them know. He then called ahead for more buses. The valet rushed to the van to take our bags and placed them in the car. Service was exceptional. Thank you.

It’s so convenient. The bus is usually on time. And it’s so easy. We always get valet parking in winter so nice getting into a warm car. Always use the Parking Spot when we fly out of Newark. You can’t go wrong.

Loved the service!! Only part I had an issue with was the return trying to work the app to say I was ready to get picked up. But when I called the number they told me where to catch the bus!
