As always, the bus was at our car as soon as we pulled into the lot, and when we exited the airport it was there also. Our flight was cancelled coming home so we stayed past our original date and time and I was concerned about that. It turned out to be quite simple. When we left the lot the extra day was just added on, I tapped my card and we were on our way. Have used The Parking Spot at Newark and Philadelphia and have never had an issue.

I’ve used the parking spot twice and have recommended it to 2 people who have used it and had positive experiences. The shuttle drivers are very friendly and helpful. I appreciate that they point out the stops at the terminal so we know where to go when we return. The uncovered valet service is always reliable.
