Once we found your lot it was an easy process to drop off the car with the valet parking. The shuttle was 7 minutes from my terminal and the drop off and pick up were without incident. I tipped the driver. I fumbled a on the pick up as it was my first time and I was not familiar with the gate procedure. But once in, my car was waiting for me and I was out in a jiffy.

The staff was friendly, professional, and helpful, and the shuttle service to and from Newark Airport was quick and convenient. I especially appreciated how the drivers helped with the luggage and made the whole process less stressful. The location is convenient, the parking area feels secure, and getting back to my vehicle after my trip was very easy. As always - Every. Single. Staff. Member. provides EXCEPTIONAL customer service. It's such a breath of fresh air in 2026 where good customer service is rapidly disappearing. The shuttle process is simple and they pick up pretty promptly. They'll drive you right back to your spot, and I always feel safe going here.
