We like how they tell you what area to park in. The driver was there waiting for us. And on the return our wait time was minimal. We also like that it is fenced in and gated. We did not leave or arrive when it was dark so I cannot vouch for how lit the parking lot is at night.

The attendants were amazingly friendly and helpful. I forgot my wallet and sunglasses on the front seat of my vehicle. The gentleman who checked me in called me to come back so I wouldn’t be without it for my trip. He was so wonderful.

Hi - I have used Parking Spot for many years and have had many positive experiences with your employees. I have found them to be friendly and helpful - always ready to help with the luggage and provide information. At the end of my most recent trip I was running down terminal A sidewalk waving my hand hoping the driver would see me. He flashed the shuttle headlights to confirm he did. I was so grateful for this kind support.
