The price and promotions discounts was awesome. Also I love the VIP service, once our flight landed and checked in that we arrive. They had my car ready and running right where the bus drop us off. I will definitely come back and I will accept all the discounts they provide.

We have been using The Parking Lot for many years because of the ease of online reservations and discount for prepaying And We greatly appreciate the prompt service of the transfer bus both to and from the airport. The driver is always friendly and helps get bags on and off the bus. It has gates to protect the vehicles while you’re away. And the water bottle offered at the exit gate is always a great touch and much needed addition after a long day of travel. I’m writing this review specifically because of our most recent trip. In addition to all of the above, they exceeded our expectation. We had a flight cancellation due to snow so we had to extend our stay by three days. There was no issue doing so online through the app. When we got to the lot we expected to have to clean 8 inches of snow off the top of the Wrangler but because we used valet service, as we always do, the truck was waiting for us with the heat on, and they had cleaned every inch of snow off! We were beyond thrilled ! Highly recommend this location

I returned to a car iced in- a nice attendant helped me shovel the ice and snow- I had a shovel in my car but needed something to get through the ice. He was helpful. The only thing is it took an extra 1/2 hour to get out of my parking spot and I was charged for the extra day.

Convenient and fast to get to the terminals. No happy with the quality of the shuttles at all. Each ride is jaw breaking due to the quality of the awful roads to and from the airport. Also the ride from Terminal A to the last Terminal C seems to take longer. I do like the app that tracks the shuttles.

It's so much more convenient than I expected. I was comparing it with the Long Term P6 lot, so it's cheaper, better/faster shuttles (I mean, shuttles pull right up to the car when they see you come in to the lot and drop you off at the car), and assurance of parking availability, not to mention that it's easier to keep secure than the huge P6 lot. My brother in law uses it and since our families traveled together recently, I decided to try it and we're converts now. My wife is using you next week for a work trip.
