Hi - I have used Parking Spot for many years and have had many positive experiences with your employees. I have found them to be friendly and helpful - always ready to help with the luggage and provide information. At the end of my most recent trip I was running down terminal A sidewalk waving my hand hoping the driver would see me. He flashed the shuttle headlights to confirm he did. I was so grateful for this kind support.

Everything is very convenient and reliable. From online booking and prepaying to opening the app and seeing they have a shuttle close by and will have your vehicle ready for you at shuttle drop off (if you’ve paid for valet, which I highly recommend)

Both the driver who took us and the driver who brought us back were excellent. We didn’t have to wait at all for the pick up or the drop off. They helped us with our bags and we’re very friendly.
