Never a problem parking at Haynes. Shuttle is always at the airport within a few minutes of your landing. They drive you right to your car in the lot. The staff is very nice, always. It's the best place to park.

I like the reservation system and app. On the day I parked my car, I liked that the prompt service and drop off shuttle bus to Terminal C. On the day I returned to pick up my car, I started waiting around 12:15am and had to wait about 30 minutes for the shuttle bus to pick me up. By the time the shuttle bus dropped me off at my parking spot it was a little past 1:00am. I like that the app I can see the shuttle bus is coming but waiting 30 minutes is a bit too long.

I like the easy check-in and check-out with the QR Code.Very fast and efficient. I always use valet parking. the extra price is definitely worth the extra convenience. My car is right there, ready for me before the shuttle returns to the lot. Most of all, I like the shuttles. If I park at ta hotel or other lot, I probably won't remember what their shuttles look like. With the Spot, I always know where and when my shuttle arrives for pickup. I also appreciate the discounts that are offered to spot members.
