First time flying out of Newark, booked the valet service at The Parking Spot, was easy and very convenient. Definitely worth it to avoid parking at the airport and not knowing where to go. On our return, the app informs you where to go for the shuttle and allows you to track the location. The shuttles stand out with their design, it was easy! We're traveling again in June and already re-booked The Parking Spot!

The drivers are always great and take you right to your car and help you with your bags. On my most recent trip I came back to have a flat in my tire and the gentleman on staff went above and beyond to get the tire off, which was not easy, after they had to get a special tool to get the lug nuts off, they changed it for me. They also made sure the new tire had enough air for me to get home. I was willing to call roadside assistance and they said they would take care of it there and they did they truly went above and beyond.

Nice employees. Location isn’t hard to get to. I would like to ask that they stop turning off the auto headlights. They have done it the last two times I’ve been there (they didn’t used to) and I drove without headlights since I didn’t realize right away that they were off.
