Fantastic service from the moment we dropped our car off until we picked it back up 2 weeks later. Plenty of shuttle buses to bring us and our bags to and from the airport on a frequent basis. Significantly cheaper than paying for airport parking at EWR. We will be using The Parking Spot the next time we fly out of EWR!

Easy, quick, secure I do wish it was a little cheaper. It is one of the more expensive one. This was a business trip, not sure if I would pay the extra cost if it was coming out of pocket.

Never a problem parking at Haynes. Shuttle is always at the airport within a few minutes of your landing. They drive you right to your car in the lot. The staff is very nice, always. It's the best place to park.

I like the reservation system and app. On the day I parked my car, I liked that the prompt service and drop off shuttle bus to Terminal C. On the day I returned to pick up my car, I started waiting around 12:15am and had to wait about 30 minutes for the shuttle bus to pick me up. By the time the shuttle bus dropped me off at my parking spot it was a little past 1:00am. I like that the app I can see the shuttle bus is coming but waiting 30 minutes is a bit too long.
