The quick pickups and drop offs. I have been to the parking spot @ PHL and I waited 35 - 40 minutes to be picked up from my vehicle.

I use self-park and each time, whether at the lot or at the airport the driver is incredibly helpful in getting my bags on and off the bus. Rarely have to wait to be picked up at either location. The price and discounts are the best around. Highly recommend this lot for Newark Airport Parking.

The ease of checking in and the quick availability of taking the shuttle bus to the airport. What I was disappointed about was I had booked my parking spot from 3/27-4/3. Unfortunately my 3/27 flight was canceled. I had no control of what happened. I would have expected a courtesy credit for the unexpected cancellation. Nonetheless it was a safe and friendly experience by all employees

I like that you pick us up where we park & bring us back to our car, helping with luggage. I appreciated the water at the exit, but we could have used some when we arrived. It was a little tricky to get to 78W, but we found it.
