Very convenient and reliable. Driver very pleasant. Usually there is a van waiting for us upon arrival no wait at all. On return tracked my location and was there picking us up very quickly. Valet our car warmed up and ready to go. We always use The Parking Spot Haynes and it is also reliable.

Great experience everytime. I only use Haynes Parking Spot when I travel with Newark airport.

Easy to use and easy location Very friendly staff

Both drop off and pick-up was simple. Staff was warm and welcoming, the process from booking to entry, checkout and payment was fast and efficient. Highly recommend this location.

Great service, generally very efficient. I've been using Parking Spot for years and your my "go to" provider at airports. I do have a couple comments however below.... a) Parking Spot vehicles: I understand that the cost of operations is a huge expense, the suspension in most of your trucks however is "a rough ride". I'm sure better or well maintained suspension would be greatly appreciated by your riders. b) Tipping: Sometimes a little annoying if done in person. Your staff although very polite and fast generally look forward to a tip (fully understandable). However, Sometimes not only the driver onboards & offboards the luggage (earning a tip), but other employee's standing nearby move quickly to take the luggage and assist (looking for a tip as well). I've asked employee's several times if Tips are "shared" and they say no, so sometimes I end up double or triple tipping as a matter of being polite and fair. On my last recent trip I noticed that there is a tipping option within the App so I used that. The driver asked me to photo a Q-Code so that he got credit for the tip. Again, fully understandable. I think most customers expect to tip ONCE for baggage handling when onboarding or offboarding a vehicle. From now on I'll use the app for a single tip but I think Parking Spot should have a conversation with employees and/or implement a "tip sharing" policy within the company to be fair with all employees? Only my opinion.

So easy! Everyone is very friendly and helpful!

App very convenient. I was able to easily find the location and park my car. Shuttle service was quick. Even when i got back the instructions were simple to find the shuttle. The shuttle was waiting there and timely . Would highly recommend.
