I like the convenience of parking in the lot and having the shuttle nearby to pick up. It's also a pleasure to come out of baggage claims and know where to wait for the shuttle. The drivers are very helpful with putting the luggage into the shuttle. We previously left our vehicle at a hotel and waited 20 minutes for a van take us to the airport and on our return we had to go somewhere else to wait for the van to take us back to the hotel. It took a very long time, more than a half hour, to reach our car. We will continue using the Parking Spot.
