Everything worked as it should this visit. During other visits this year, I experienced challenges with locating a shuttle to the airport after I arrived at the lot and with exiting (scanning QR did not work due to some error in the system) after returning.

easy and fast trasport to and from the airport. One night we waited over an hour for the long term parking bus at EWR. Now we walk out of baggage claim and there's a parking spot bus literally waiting at the stop.

If was very easy to park and there was a bus to take us to the airport as soon as we arrived at the parking facility. When we returned, we were told where to go and the time given was the time a bur was there to pick us up and take us right where we parked. The drivers we had were amazing friendly and helpful I cannot say enough about the parking spots crew and the way they handle their customers.
