It's basically door to door service. Picked up by my car when I arrive. Driven to the terminal. Upon arrival, picked up at terminal and driven right to my car. So much better than taking the shuttle buses to each airport parking lot. Quick service. All employees are friendly, helpful and professional.

Parking and care taqken by Haynes road staff is exceptional. The online reservation process is a drawback, especially if you want to apply points earned from previous reservations. You have to apply points BEFORE making the reservation instead of applying to a reservation in progress.

The process was seamless; from checking in to returning! The shuttle staff were lovely assisting with bags, dropping you off at the correct terminal. Pick-up was a stress reducing process too! Logging onto the app, and it registering we were within distance of the stand for pick-up was great. Out car was ready when we arrived!

EVERYTHING! I’ve use you 10 plus times now. I recommend you to my hospital coworkers and anyone who travels. Your lot is easy to get to, your lot is SO safe, there are always amazing and plentiful employees to help, and I can rely on getting to the airport by your shuttle (and getting picked up from the airport!) in a timely manner. Your vans are easy to spot after a long airline trip when your brain is mush. Each and every time I use Parking Spot, I am deeply satisfied! I even choose the Newark Airport (vs Philly) because of how easy the Parking Spot makes traveling. The one minor encouragement I might pass on is to put shocks in the van so passengers bounce less intensely on very bumpy roads to the airport, and receive a gentler ride.
