Easy entry. Easy to find tour aisle. Bus was there waiting. Nice. Driver very helpful. We were delayed a day on the return and couldn’t get car til following day. You were helpful with us picking up our vehicle. Letting us in and making sure all was good to get to our car.

We are pleased with the services provided by the Parking Spot in general however the shuttle takes too long to pick up in valet! We were in a rush and the valet contacted shuttle to let them know. The shuttle was in our view and still did not pick us up . Another shuttle came from elsewhere on the property and a second communication from valet. Not acceptable!

It's a convenient location, it's cheaper than the airport, the shuttles are always around with no more than a 15 min wait even during the busiest times for travel and traffic. I always do self park so I can't speak for valet but I like it. I will say that the spots are a little tight if you have a larger vehicle which is scary since people can be careless with their doors but otherwise I like it and always tell people to park there for their Newark trips.

Easy to book and pay online. The shuttles are always available within 5-10 minutes. Drivers are friendly and efficient. Parking is safe. We always valet, so when we retrieve our bags, we call for pickup and the shuttle shows up quickly and pir car is ready as soon as we pull into their lot

The convenience ( next to our hotel), and our driver was the most courteous driver we’ve ever had. My wife left a sandwich that we bought at the airport in the shuttle. The driver returned to our car to return it to us!! We’ll definitely use you for any future travels out of EWR!!

The Only Part of Newark Airport That Doesn’t Raise My Blood Pressure Flying out of Newark usually feels like participating in a government-sponsored escape room. The Parking Spot valet service, however, is the one part of the experience that actually makes sense. I pull in, hand over my keys, and suddenly feel like a minor celebrity—even though I’m wearing sweatpants and dragging a suitcase that sounds like a shopping cart with a bad wheel. The staff is always friendly, the shuttle gets me to the airport quickly, and when I return exhausted, dehydrated, and questioning every decision that led me to air travel, my car is ready. No wandering through a giant parking lot pressing the panic button. No trying to remember whether I parked in Section 14B or another ZIP code. No family arguments while dragging luggage through traffic. Just hand them the ticket, collect the car, and escape Newark before it realizes you’re still there. The valet service is convenient, reliable, and worth every penny. If The Parking Spot could also valet me through TSA and place me directly into a first-class seat, I would give them six stars.

Check in and check out was easy using the CR code. Easy bus drop off, pleasant drivers and helpful with bags. On the way back, I didn't have to call for the bus, they just knew where to find me. Al in all a very good experience! Also, the parking spot is close to the airport so no long drive.
