Everything is great actually. Location, service, shuttle. Only reason for not giving a 10 is that your standard rates are too high. Fortunately I can avail myself with a corporate rate but otherwise this would shun me away from your facility and choose a cheaper one despite the great everything. I don’t see many offers either, but perhaps I’m not on your list.

I did the valet service for the first time, which was awesome. The staff unloaded my bags and got them on to the bus. The bus was on-time and we quickly made it to the airport terminal in no time. On our return, my only suggestion is to let people know what door at each terminal the bus is located when going back to get your car. When we got back to the car lot, by car was already pulled up and ready to load and go. I would also suggest telling people to have the barcode ready at the gate when leaving. We got stuck in traffic, because the car in front of us could not located their bar code on the phone

We had a great experience using the Parking Spot on our last trip. We have used it several times and it has always been good. The hardest part is finding out how to access the parking lot from the highway - we get lost every time!!
