Service is always excellent. Shuttles are dispatched around the clock, so I'm never waiting for more than 5 or 10 minutes. The shuttles are clean and the drivers are helpful. I love that you're offering more discounts because paying for parking can get quite expensive, but getting a discount helps out greatly.

Good location. Easy in and out with a well functioning browser. The customer experience is very positive throughout. However, the wait for the shuttle is fairly long at start and end. That could definitely be improved. It appears that the P6 shuttle is much more frequent.

Everything was seamless, no hiccups at all and I had gotten there very early expecting it to be a while for a shuttle to the airport.... it was there IMMEDIATELY I just stepped out of my car. So I was there very early but no complaints here, I just know I won't doubt this company again lol I was also picked up immediately after my return. So easy, reasonably priced, both drivers were very polite. I'll be using the parking spot exclusively for my travels from now on

Fantastic. I’ve been there multiple times they make The Parking experience easy and I trust the place. Literally, you waste no time - they come and pick you up take you to the airport immediately. It is so organised. This is the main reason I always try to fly from Newark, because of this Parking Spot.
