Internet went out start of 3rd quarter of bb game. I checked a few things found nothing wrong. Had my wife call nex-tec to see if it was a problem on their end before I started checking more. Luckly she got someone that knew what to do and could understand them. Ended up was a dead backup battery, disconnected it and everything worked. Service man installed a new one the next day. Thank you I would think if the battery's go bad, they should be changed out regularly. The reason I had my wife call, I don't hear so good, plus she is smarter than I.
