I received excellent help from the Nex-Tech Help Desk. They were patient, understanding, and helped this old lady finally resolve the issue. They are always there when I need them.
I contacted Nex-tec one day about a land-line phone problem and a service tech came the next day and fixed it. Fast service and pleasant helpful people.

Call center was very helpful on a Saturday morning. Had problems again on Sunday. Serviceman come on Monday was very good at locating problem and fixing it.

Internet went out start of 3rd quarter of bb game. I checked a few things found nothing wrong. Had my wife call nex-tec to see if it was a problem on their end before I started checking more.
Luckly she got someone that knew what to do and could understand them. Ended up was a dead
backup battery, disconnected it and everything worked.
Service man installed a new one the next day. Thank you
I would think if the battery's go bad, they should be changed out regularly.
