As we are switching our current Phones out, both Amanda Rohleder and Clinton Herl came out to visit with us about this. They were both very Professional, and we appreciated their time and expertise to assure us this would be the right way for us to go. Also Dave Pfeifer and Loren from Dodge City, both were very knowledgeable about what we need to do to go thru the switching process.
Staff are patient and willing to explain if you do not understand the new terminology regarding hooking up internet, wi-fi and a business phone. Willing to work with our schedule.
So far, every single time I've had an issue with my service (four, maybe five times in thirteen years) I've contacted customer service and the response has been professional, polite, friendly, and timely. Yes, it's expensive, but it's been a worry-free service and that's worth it to me.
Friendly techs, willing to work with you to determine issues and make valid meaningful suggestions to resolve. Fixing an issue without rolling a tech onsite is fantastic!
