Nex-tech’s service is outstanding! I had a fiber optics issue and they fixed it that same day. After ruling out problems with the equipment, it was found that there was a problem in the actual line 4000+ feet away from my house. A storm was rolling in and I told them not to worry about it until after the snow stopped falling. However, they battled the elements and dug up the fiber and fixed it that same day.

Everyone that I dealt with was helpful, friendly and efficient. On the phone, the young man who assisted me was courteous and thorough. The technician who came to our house was prompt, professional and friendly. Our internet service with nex-tech is far superior to our old provider and the customer service from nex-tech is top notch.
