Everyone I speak with is incredibly nice. I work from home and when my service goes down or having issues connecting, the crew troubleshoots until they find the answer and then fixes it the same day most of the time. Very kind people working for NexTech!
Help desk is and has always been the outstanding feature of your company. The help desk will be very very patience with we who are lacking in a technology IQ. This call required three calls and the problem couldn’t be resolved so a technician was sent to personally aide. The problem was corrected and the customer is happy.
