The over the phone IT could not solve our issue, they sent an IT Tech , he was here in a matter of minutes. He was a newer employee, he tried and checked everything he could think of. A long time Tech was called out, together they tracked down the problem and solved it. We are a Local Business the issue affected out POS and credit card processing. It's a huge benefit to our Community to have a staffed Nex-Tech Office in town. Thank you!
I called with an internet problem and they had a tech in my home within a couple of hours. He rectified the problem and had everything fixed in less than an hour. Customer service at its very best!
Help desk people are knowledgeable, professional and patient.
The repairman who worked on equipment at my house knew the answer, and fixed it, even though he had to reach over thorny rose bushes.
The Technician said he tried calling to set up the installation and had no answer. I didn’t get a call so I think the number was wrong they put down for me. He stopped by anyway to check to see if we were home. I am grateful he did so we got our connection set up before the holiday weekend! :)
Prices are kind of high , but considering we do not have any other options out here for internet then no competition means we pay for it, however the customer service we have always received has been fabulous and I cant complain.
