Kyle and (sorry can't remember) the other guy at the call center were actually extremely helpful! Kyle and everyone he spoke to had no idea what was happening to our Internet. On a speed test it would read 300 on download and "Boom" down to .02 download. Still have some issues with speed but it has sense gotten better. Kyle is a star at your company, he went well above and beyond to get the issue fixed. Even calling the next morning to check on how it was going. Now to the man with no name from the call center spent an hour on the phone trying everything he could from where he was! He was amazing and if you find out whom he is he also like Kyle deserve recognition! Thank you both.
The gentleman who came to put my router in were very efficient and super polite! They came right at the end of the day and saved me from the wrath of my children! Haha! Thank you Nex Tech!
The Lady on the phone tried everything she could think of to get our internet going and nothing worked so we had to have a service technician come out. He called before he came and I meet him there. He was very knowledgeable and had the parts with him that he needed and had us up and going in no time.
The tech that came to my office was able to trouble shoot the problem and get my computer, printer and phone to recognize the network. It is working fine now.
