More then once since putting in the new fire stick system and they’ve always solved the problem. We had no internet the other night at 10:50. The young man stayed with me trying to solve the problem until 11:30; the problem was not solved that night as a tech had to come and replace a battery and something else, but the young man had tried his best!
Stephanie was very helpful on the phone with setting everything up for me. Then Brad went out of his way along with his helper to get this installed for me when it was below zero outside and snow on the ground.
Help is just a phone call away. Recently, we had a problem; and since it couldn’t be fixed using the helpline, a tech arrived the following day and installed a new modem. Although I imagine we could pay less with a different provider, it is worth it to us to have such quick and friendly service.

I was very satisfied with my services. He came quickly and had my phone working. Part of my problem was what I did when I purchased a new phone. Didn't have a 2 line cord on the new phone.
