The first call I made was to the help desk. I was mad as a hornet with the rep and told him there was no way I could do what he was telling me!!!! After several phone calls to local persons I found someone to check my router. I called back and the next rep was much nicer than the first one I encountered. At least he was understanding which the first one was NOT> I was really unhappy that my internet, phone, and TV Now were all off for 3 days. NO SERVICE on weekends in not good and I don't recommend it. After Monday they had to get the bucket truck to repair the wind damage on the pole, that was the problem. It took 15 min. And I was off for 3 days and not a happy camper at that point. No you do not want me to share my experience with others at this point. I think is was uncalled for to make me wait that long.
Everyone was extremely friendly. My call info the company to get started. Felt like I was chatting with my best friend. The guys that came out to hook up my internet were amazing. Totally recommend this company
It’s hometown, and the employees are very nice and helpful. It is easy to get instructions from the help line, and they tolerate my inabilities. We like to do business locally to support our town and surrounding area.
I truly appreciate the quick response from technicians when we have a problem with our land line. Just last week, one came out and took care of a problem I was having by replacing a phone jack that was not working. I wish I could remember his name so I could give him credit. Very nice man.
Everyone at Nex -Tech is friendly & knowledgeable. The installation crew was amazing, and found an excellent way to run the fiber into a 120-year old house. They should give lessons to other companies.
Your tech support employees are professional, knowledgeable, and patient. When I accidentally disconnected our WI-Fi on a weekend, the representative at the help desk established the problem and arranged for a repairman. His calm and professional demeanor did much to minimize my stress.
I also like that you are local and have a connection to the community. It is always good to talk to a real person who can answer questions and resolve issues.

More then once since putting in the new fire stick system and they’ve always solved the problem. We had no internet the other night at 10:50. The young man stayed with me trying to solve the problem until 11:30; the problem was not solved that night as a tech had to come and replace a battery and something else, but the young man had tried his best!
