he explained what he was doing, and how he was doing it to take care of the matters and get it fixed. The technician was honest and it was good and very courteous.
Basically a local provider. Help Desk persons are generally easy to understand. Service personnel have been patient to someone not “techy” when doing a call . Much appreciated.
The serviceman came Monday afternoon after I had called that morning that we had been without service since 2:30 am Sunday morning. He was straight forward in explaining what was wrong and how he was going to fix it. He was polite and worked quickly to get the job done.
