My husband's health went down-hill quickly and I was terrified every time I had to get him from the house to the car. He fell a handful of times and then we had even bigger issues. I sent in a request to Tal and that same day, he responded to us. I got back to him the next day and he was there that very day measuring, making a plan and asking questions that I had never thought of. You can tell he has experience with people and their needs. He's a great guy, easy to talk to and his knowledge made things a breeze. This is not an easy decision for any family, but trust me, these guys will make it much easier on the care-partner and on the individual who needs it most. I am so grateful to Tal and his company. This is for sure what he was meant to do. They put the ramp up for us in a matter of hours, and when we came home in the middle of them assembling it, they helped me get my husband in the house safely. If you are in a position in your life where this is a decision you need to make, you need this group of exceptional people. My husbands life is so much better for this. Daily doctors visits are no longer a worry. Thank you Tal and team for this life changing choice.

Tal was a great communicator and quite knowledgeable when I had him visit for a survey of what needed. His recommendation was exactly what was needed. When they arrived both men, Omer and Tal, were quite respectful of my home, started talking about the choices they brought with them and they both worked as a team to make sure the location and set up of the device would work for my use. Omer kept me informed as they worked and I felt comfortable with them in my home. Their teamwork and awesome customer service were welcoming. Omer had a great disposition and was helpful when it came to set up and clean up.
