Tal was a great communicator and quite knowledgeable when I had him visit for a survey of what needed. His recommendation was exactly what was needed. When they arrived both men, Omer and Tal, were quite respectful of my home, started talking about the choices they brought with them and they both worked as a team to make sure the location and set up of the device would work for my use. Omer kept me informed as they worked and I felt comfortable with them in my home. Their teamwork and awesome customer service were welcoming. Omer had a great disposition and was helpful when it came to set up and clean up.
