My husband has a terminal illness. When he found he could no longer manage the steps in/out of our house, I searched for a ramp provider so he could make the most of his remaining time. Other providers gave me dates a week or two (or three) out. Brian came to assess our situation the same day I contacted him online. Two days later, we had a ramp installed and we could take our neighborhood walks again! Even better, we can now get out to restaurants and shows again. The installers (Davonte and Derrick) were top-notch: friendly and professional. Definitely recommend this company, especially if your need is urgent. Price also fell below other quotes I got from other companies. Very glad for the rental option, since we don't know how long my husband will be with us.
