Really liked working with Next Day Access. Kevin was nice and very helpful. The four man crew that showed up to install wheelchair ramp did a great job; the ramp looks great. They even made an major adjustment to my stair lift which was not even purchased from them. I would defiantly recommend them based on my experience with them.

Everyone from the person who answered my call to Jeff Benjemin, the sales rep to Scott who installed the unit were informative, polite and efficient. Any questions we had were answered and they didn't push us to buy anything in particular, but gave us the information that we needed to make a choice that suited us. Jeff was particularly patient with the fact that we were dealing with a government entity that required insurance information since we rent from a village. Installation by Scott was done quickly, efficiently and thouroughly and his instructions on how to operate the unit were clear and precise. I will highly recommend them to anyone in need of this type of help.
