Love the community, the workmanship and floor plans. The negatives are traffic with NO light at entrance and once apartments next door open there will be even more traffic.

Model home sales agent very accommodating and explained and took her time showing available homes and explained all of the amenities. I like the golf cart friendly community. I have met many neighbors and all are very friendly. Like the walking trails offered in the neighborhood.

I love the upkeep of the community, the parks, trails, pools, etc. I don’t like that there is no light to turn left out of neighborhood! I do like having activities like the glow golf etc.

Golf cart paths!!! Just need more of them for greater access! Go look at Peachtree City, GA. I hope Nexton models itself after that because you can’t buy a house there it’s so popular. Follow a successful model! C’mon, Nexton!!!

Everything! The many areas to walk and exercise. The close proximity to all you could need in reference to grocery stores, and dining etc. The beautiful esthetics of all the surrounding areas. The safety aspect as it appears to be a very safe place to live.
