Nicki (and Julie!) was super helpful throughout the whole process with selling our home and buying our house at the same time! She gave insightful advice that helped us accept an offer within 3 days of putting our house on the market. She helped ease some of our worries and made everything very easy to handle. 10/10 would recommend to anyone looking to buy or sell!
