This is a purchase 5 years in the making. Nick always treated my own thought process, values and life-timing as the highest priority in the decision process. He operates in a customer-centric manner, making me (the customer) the most important part of the equation. This is a stark shift from “old school” agents who drive the sale and push subtle agendas. In this 5yr period we had multiple bids, some almost bids and a real heart-to-heart on what I’m buying and why. I valued his advise, his referrals for loan and closing and his fierce negotiations. In the end, it’s the perfect buy at the perfect time in my life. I’m grateful for his long-lasting connection to this goal. I’m dumbfounded he had other clients — because I always felt I was the only one. That’s attributable to one thing: a high acumen for SERVICE. I’ve referred him many times and my colleagues have been pleased.

Nic goes above and beyond for his clients. My situation was not typical. I experienced a house fire and while the shell of my home was intact, the interior was gutted. Nic sold that house in 2 weeks. After figuring out the best situation for my family going forward, Nic helped me find the lot and builder for my new home. That’s no easy task in this market. I really enjoyed having Nick Petrucci as my realtor. The word flawless comes to mind. He is experienced, detail oriented, thorough, always cheerful, and a great communicator. His market knowledge and preparation were impressive. He was responsive to questions whenever I raised them, which were often outside of business hours. He really loves his profession and uses a "state of the art" approach in terms of technology, which has so many advantages. Nick was able to find a buyer for my home by networking with a colleague in his office which resulted in my home selling for an excellent price without ever actually going on the market, which was ideal. There are so many superlatives I could mention about my experience with Nick. He is a wonderful human being and a fabulous realtor. I have no reservations whatsoever about recommending him.
