Nicole made our home selling and buying process so smooth. She communicated with us constantly so we were never surprised or felt like we didn't know what was coming next. She did an amazing job both getting photos and video or our house but also pricing it so it sold very quickly and over asking. She was professional and courteous and we enjoyed working with so much. The communication and honesty and professionalism is top notch, we can’t find a better Realator, very punctual with detail, and always answers phone calls in a very timely matter. Tom and I will always use her if we buy more houses or sell anymore!!! Great job Nicole!!! The Grandville title company is hoping she comes to that side of the state and the buying Realator said she would love to do another 100 deals with her, so very high compliments on all ends. You have a GREAT Realator, you better keep this one forever!!!

Nicole was amazing. She helped us sell the old house and buy a new one. Because we had limited days to look, she showed us as many as 10 houses in a day. She guided us through negotiations with options we never would have known about. She was very creative when selling the old house and generated a lot of interest. It sold quickly for a fair price. When the buyer required a repair before signing, she set up the appointment and met the plumber there when I was out of town. I can't praise her enough, and am delighted to give her my unqualified endorsement!

This WONDERFUL Realtor is a real Keeper! After about 18 months of searching and supporting us, she got us our home! Nicole is most professional, easy to work with and very friendly and on top of things.
