Niran is extremely experienced and is very knowledge on many different fields of work and home buying experience. She made my home buying experience very seamless and very peaceful. She was able to work on the contract with the sellers and their agent and communicated extremely quick at all hours of the day. She had amazing contacts for everything like inspectors, construction consultants (Chris), and she even had contacts for home owners insurance brokers. For my first home buying experience she answered all my questions and concerns. I will definitely refer her more contacts and I will work with her again and again and again.
