Noah was a true professional. He was attentive, respectful, patient, and on top of everything. From the beginning to the end Noah put me at ease throughout the whole process. I had some major life events happen in between purchasing in 2020 and selling in 2024 and Noah did not let that affect anything. He was fully supportive while I had to relocate out of state, helped me rent the property, and even recommended contractors that he personally used. Noah made this first experience of home buying and renting as stress free as possible. His positive attitude and optimism kept me confident that we had the same vision for success and that showed when it came time to sell. I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend Noah to anyone looking to buy or sell in Michigan. Noah will be the first person I call if I choose to buy in Michigan again or if I need advice. He kept his doors open and never made me feel like I had a dumb question. Noah was fantastic. His communication and availability was outstanding. He got us into showings generally the same day we mentioned them to him. He walked us through the entire home search process and provided professional insights in each home we viewed. Noah made sure to understand our necessities in a home and helped us close the deal on our dream home. Noah is always friendly and responsive. Unlike most realtors, he is frank and honest. If he doesn't like something he will tell you! If he doesn't recommend something he will tell you! My prior experience with a local realtor was horrific to the point they were insulting. He immediately puts you at ease and you know you can trust his judgement just from his experience in the industry. He has extensive contacts in the community so if you need assistance with anything, he "knows a guy". My home buying experience was anything but easy or normal. He was in the unfortunate position to provide support where needed and he went above and beyond. I would recommend him. to family, friends and even my parents (when they are ready). 10 out of 10!!
