I'm a commuter biker, and they are one of the only shops in town that handles the nitty gritty of bikes. I needed a couple new chains since mine are rusted, and they were able to look up the bikes I bought from them previously to make sure I had the right size for the job. We've had several issues that they've handled very well in the past, including informational/educational advice and appraisal post-crash. Every little support on the bike front is a godsend for me.

Great customer service. I bought new skis, poles and a helmet at a good price on a busy Saturday morning and was picking up my newly bound skis by mid afternoon. They were all great!

The staff of Norm's is very personable and has treated me well. I have gotten great service there, at times getting simple repairs for free, and on other occasions been able to pick up when the shop was supposedly closed. Norm's has also saved at least one of my rides, fixing a broken spoke that would have otherwise ruined a weekend. Cyclists need local bike shops, and I will continue to go to Norm's.

John went above and beyond to help me get a bike rack to fit my cargo bike. He also promptly repaired my e-bike and it runs beautifully now. He clearly cares about his customers and is highly knowledgeable, and my experiences with other staff were all positive as well. Highly recommend this great resource for cyclists and outdoor enthusiasts in the Monadnock region!
