The inspection was comprehensive with great attention to detail. The debriefing was complete. I never felt rushed and my questions were either anticipated or addressed. This approaches was continued in the written report. There was one unusual item that was not addressed. There is an electrical/communication junction box in the closet by the entrance. I was told by the owner that it had been part of an old alarm system but had been converted to servicing the internet connection.
