My daughter is enrolled in the youth basketball clinic on WED evenings (6p - 7p). The coach who runs the clinic is excellent - attentive, encouraging, engaged - but also focused on teaching real skills and fundamentals - exactly what we were looking for!

I use the Free Weights & machines & I am very comfortable there… I eventually plan to try the classes, but my work schedule is hectic so I cannot commit at this time..

We’ve had a wonderful experience at the YMCA. We regularly use the gym, and one of the biggest reasons it works so well for our family is the childcare service. Our child genuinely looks forward to going there, which says a lot about the environment the staff have created. Everyone in the childcare area has been incredibly kind, attentive, and welcoming. It gives us real peace of mind knowing she’s in good hands while we’re able to focus on our workouts. The staff are patient, warm, and clearly invested in making the space enjoyable and safe for the kids. The front office staff are amazing as well—always friendly, helpful, and efficient. Every interaction has been positive, and they make the whole experience feel seamless from the moment we walk in. Overall, the YMCA has become an important part of our routine—not just for fitness, but for our family’s well-being. We truly appreciate the care and professionalism of the entire team.
