I am getting back to using swimming for cardio exercise and the lap pool during the afternoon is perfect for me to swim at my own (slow) speed and not feel self-conscious. I plan to take part in group and private lessons to improve my skill level.
I like the easy way get my work out done. no pain no fuss. i haven't been able to sign for a class because class gets full quickly. Hopefully I'll find out soon.

I particularly appreciate the swimming being inside rather than outside. The staff is organized. And the other members are very welcoming.
