I love the Y. I love the exercise classes. I usually take classes from Virginia, Jen, and Nadia. The classes are challenging, but they make them fun. I also love the art classes with Maria on Thursdays.

The North Brandon YMCA is the best place for the family. The environment is healthy, and the staff is accommodating and always willing to help the community. People who go there feel safe, and the facility is great for a variety of activities; it's like a second home. Thank you.

I love my instructo78596+rs and enjoy the silver sneakers exercise classes. My art class with Maria fills an important part of me. It's challenging and empowering. I appreciate the knowledge and open heart of my instructor as my skill and confidence grows I find I can throw caution to the wind when drawing.
