Have given the feedback before - we had issues with one swim class and called the local Y, emailed and called the aquatics director and got absolutely no response. The manager did reach out a couple months later and absolutely ensured our concerns were addressed but I am also hoping that the process when things occur gets smoother.

I attend the silver sneakers group classes. .The instructors motivate us but Also encourage us to work at our own pace. Everyone feels welcomed!

Amazing instructors work at the Y. Jen, Tabi, Virginia, Nicole, Steve, Lily, to name a few. The people who come to classes are awesome, too. That's why I keep coming back. Oh, and to work out. Yes.
