Max was a terrific mechanic. He asked great questions to let me know what my options were and to make sure he understood exactly what I wanted. I also had the opportunity to watch him interact with other customers. He has a terrific gift in communicating with customers across a range of experience and knowledge and making everyone feel comfortable.

The professionalism. As a customer getting my bike fixed was a really cool experience. The shop was wonderful as well was the ethics of the crew working there. After being repaired, when I returned to get a moré complete picture of this shop as eccentric as it's surrounding town, the thrill of my return initially sparked in a previous convo, compelled such an overwhelming kindness in the crew to offer me Unlimited visits under an understanding that the welcomes are just as frequent as the complimentary service on any day other than The Lord's Sundaes. WhEn I'm not from the Midwest I'll be from the North Central & I can't wait to go as long as it takes.
