Enjoying the getting stronger class. More slower exercise for those of us with health problems. A gentler kinder activity than the other classes. Love the YMCA wish we could get a pool here in NorthGA. Traveling to Hamilton County for that is not good for the Silver Sneaker Seniors in NWGA. To far and distant. Need To put one here in NWGA in Catoosa.

Thankful my children receive additional help on homework right after school. I appreciate the aftercare program being held at the school so children do not have to be transported instead they stay at the same location which is comforting.

I participate in water aerobics and water Zumba through Siver Sneakers. It is a great time for fellowship with other people and a wonderful way to stay active.

Mrs. Melissa that supports the Rock Springs Elementary school location in North Georgia is fantastic. She has a lot on her plate with so many kids in the afternoon, but she does a great job at keeping it together. She is very kind and supportive of the homework study time. I am thankful to have such a sweet individual to take care of my child in the afternoons.
