The steam room and the cleanest of the North Little Rock Athletic Club. The friendliness of the workers on all the shifts. It's fresh smelling in there it don't stink even after everybody working out. Whatever they do to keep that problem down they does a great job. It's a safe place to be and you feel comfortable from the parking lot to the inside.The front desk they greet you as soon as you walk in. I just love going there to exercise, I've been a member there since January 6, 2004 until now. I'm still a member for 21 years. I have seen the NLR ATHLETIC CLUB change ownership but I promise you'll. It have never change it's respect for us their customers. Or the quality of safeness, friendliness, & freshness ect. I would say come and see for yourself, experience it for yourself you would be glad that you did. YES THEY DO TAKE YOUR INSURANCE. Is how I've been a member so long. They always have clean white towels for you to use, you can shower there after you exercise and go to work or to your doctor's appointment. Like I do you can leave there fresh. I wouldn't say come if it wasn't a great place to be. Neither would I've be there for 21 years and counting. If it wasn't a good place to be. *The STEAM ROOM IS MY FAVORITE* I was 786 pounds when I joined now I am down to 194 lb & I'm still losing weight. And they have *License Personal Trainers* that you can get. It does cost extra for you to get a personal trainer that work around your schedule. But your insurance doesn't pay for personal trainer they have great prices for that. You have to work that out with the personal trainer. Membership only they have a place for you to bring your children to play while you workout. They have friendly care workers for your children & your kids are safe and they have plenty to play and do. You can have parties there whether it be for you or your children. You can buy snacks, T-shirts there ect. They have things for you & your children indoors Or outdoors, swimming pools. It's nice they have SILVER SNEAKERS & OTHER ELDERLY ACTIVITIES. They have a lot of stuff going on there. * I just can't name it all you have to come & see for yourself. So come on out to the North Little Rock Athletic Club, God bless I'm still there come & join you'll be glad you did. I JUST LOVE 💖 BEING A MEMBER OF THE NORTH LITTLE ROCK ATHLETIC CLUB. SINCE 2004~2025 & I'm still counting 🥰🥰🥰.

The cleanliness of everywhere. I see Nick keeping it that way. He does everything. Taylor is my trainer and she has really helped my physical and mental improvements. The staff, everyone is friendly and helpful to answer questions about classes, weights, machine use, weight training, and classes.

I am very excited to be a member of the NLR Athletic Club. On my first visit I was greeted with smiles, and made to feel a part of the team. The staff and trainers made themselves available to me to answer any questions that I had, and to show me around the facility. The other members were also very friendly. I felt quite at home. I continue to enjoy my experience at the Athletic Club. Professional and Friendly is a good way to describe the staff. It was a great decision to join. Sharon

Some front desk staff (Dre) are very knowledgeable and helpful. I like that water and coffee are available as well as seating, a wide assortment of equipment and of course the pool and whirlpool. I would like to get a massage but most employees do not know the cost or availability.
