I really enjoy the classes which are personalized with the careful observation of the instructors. The people at the desk are helpful and always greet people as they enter and/or leave the facility. Everything is clean and in place. The NLR Athletic Club is meeting my health and wellness needs as well as providing professional support and a sense of community!

the cleanness of entire aspect of the building. I do not hear vulgar language. the staff is very friendly. Pool is clean, really a great place to work out. the free coffee and ice cold lemon water.

I don't only like the North Little Rock Athletic Club experience I love it. Everything about being a long time member there for years. I love ❤️ the steam room, the cleanliness from the front entry throughout the whole place. The dressing room, the equipment's and the towels are always white. The place is always clean & smell good. Fresh water with fresh fruits inside it if you choose to drink it. The workers are very friendly & helpful. I always feel safe from the parking lot to the inside. And the location is great and safe as well. Come and see for yourself I've been a member since January 2004 until I'm still presently a regular member. The price is excellent too. Thanks for the opportunity to speak about the NLR ATHLETIC CLUB 💯🥰🥰🥰.

The staff and the silver sneakers classes. I love my chair yoga class with Lupe!!!! She makes it fun and Ifeel so good when I leave. Holly did the same thing with the strength building class. Hate that she left.

The staff in this facility go out of their way to be helpful and supportive. They have all the equipment I need to get myself strong and healthy again. The pool therapy is what brought me here, but being in the company of knowledgeable and energetic trainers will get me to the best me possible!! Hopefully, I can get my sweet husband to join soon as he’s able!!!!

The staff always always greets me when I come in and when I leave. I use the indoor pool for therapy and love the whirlpool.i love that you furnish towels so I don't have to bring my own. I love your hours and that you have lots of Pool time that is not structured for classes so that I can come at random timed to use the pool.
