So many options available! Clean towels always ready. Trainers if you want them. Group classes from easy to pushing it. Pool is really wonderful in the cooler months but tends to get hot in the summer.

I like the environment us and the kids are expose to. Everyone is real friendly and welcoming. A couple of things I Would like to point out is regarding much needed maintenance. I saw on the indoor pool a couple of the columns getting very rusted at the bottom and that is a major safety issue. I also notice inside the hot tub on the man’s locker room some skin scab from lack of sanitation or cleaning. Some renovations around the building and the parking space wouldn’t hurt but I have to say is a great place and my family and I love it.

The NLR facility should expand. The basketball court doubles for Pickleball court, so members have to stop playing one for the other. Maybe a third level would be great. I would also recommend some type of cafe. NLR should also upgrade its current interior look. When walking the track, members have to see maintenance things in a back corner.

I love the relaxed atmosphere. Dressing rooms are nice. A variety of activities and classes are offered. The child care room and people are fantastic. My grandson absolutely loves to go.

NLR Athletic Club always has clean towels and keeps their equipment maintained. The track is always available for walking or running with two full lanes. Brisk walks are always part of all of my workouts. They also have indoor and outdoor pools, whirlpools, sauna and steam rooms. The club also has excellent physical trainers available to everyone. There are classes for people with different skill levels and physical capabilities. This club is a better choice for anyone who is serious about fitness.

Cleanliness. The grime and age is very apparent. If age can’t be resolved, a DEEP clean and more regular upkeep is necessary. The dust and dirt is think and the paint and finishes like handles, faucets, etc are just very very aged. Makes the whole space feel much less nice or exclusive.

I enjoy meeting with others there. The silver sneakers exercises are what I need to do now that I have finished physical therapy for soulder repacement. I also like having access to the equiptment to help strenghten my arms.
