I either swim or play tennis every day and enjoy both activities greatly. The lifeguard staff members are wonderful and Robert Carlbo is a terrific tennis coach.
I wish that the YMCA gave scuba lessons!
I love my personal trainer Kari Grassi. She is the best. Always gauging my aches and pains prior to and during my workouts. Her upbeat personality makes it easy to enjoy exercising.
I'm impressed on the quick turn around if equipment is broken. I like how the "Y" is always updating and bringing in new machines.
The entire staff (front desk & exercise room) are always friendly and helpful.
Love all the programs but have a complain about water aerobics on Monday, Wednesday and Friday, as the classes has to many people and we are crowded and wish they could give us the whole pool.. Do not see a problem with that as it is only for one hour. Beside that all is fine
