This is my fourth Trek bike that I purchased and from this store. Good product and good customer service. Tyler has done a good running his business. There is plenty of bike shops in town and other products are competitive but the customer service is what sets you apart from the others!

My husband had a flat on his trike and North Rim got to work on it right away, plus they had a couch where we could sit comfortably and wait until the guys fixed the flat. Thank you North Rim. We'll be back! Another bike store told us they would get to it "eventually" but we'd have to wait for about 2 hours. Won't go there again!
