The non judgemental atmosphere

Bad mistake with the new weight machines. Cumbersome to use and adjust plus don't seem as effective. I noticed a big decline in usage among the members at least when I go. Look for another manufacturer if you buy new machines for other locations. Very disappointing since the machines were what I was using the most. I needed to change my program.

Facility is inhabited by many and varied but always friendly and helpful people, staff and patrons. Always clean and inviting, with a wide variety of fitness equipment and activities. Next to UH rehab facility should be a plus. Need one? Might need the other one day. However, they complement each other well.

Great variety of workout equipment and programs to choose from. Friendly, helpful staff and very convenient location. Having activities for seniors, youth and partnering with the NR Schools really makes our Y a great community resource.
