I like the variety of programs offered by the Y. My husband and I traveled to Iceland with a wonderful group of people from the Y. We are also traveling to Greece this fall through the Y. I swim laps for exercise and love the pool at the North Royalton Y. My husband plays pickle ball and takes a cycling class. It is a good way to meet new people and make friends.

This is a great place to exercise. Also, many programs are being offered. the Staff is friendly, and the place is clean. It is really a pleasant place to spent a few hours of workout every day, or week.

Being retired … love the Boom Muscle and Boom Mind classes. Wish they could be twice a week instead. Valerie is a great instructor..very knowledgeable and caring…really encourages all students to reach their goals.

I like the relaxed atmosphere and access to spirit room for stretching and lights weights and chairs. The machenes are nice but i wish they were set up in succession from upper body starting with shoulders , arms, torso then legs. Machine numbering would be nice when setting up schedule for workout so you can mark settings for height, wgt. being used and sets/reps. Its easy reference even just for visual so traffic moves smoothly. The machines need more room. There shoul be a bench area for women or people who use lower weights in spirit room. It should be dedicated to stretching and bench work with light dumb bells up to 10 lbs. Many are sticky because of their rubber coating and should be made only of metal. All the inventory is there but needs reorganization and spirit room dedication to stretching and a few benches.

I like your new weight machines. They're excellent. You had two recumbent bikes that had a great game on them, which is why we joined the YMCA. You chased dragons. A neighbor told us about those bikes and the game. You still have the upright bikes that have the same game, but I can't ride upright bikes, because of a back injury. Instead of fixing the recumbent bikes you got rid of them. My wife and I really, really liked those bikes. I also like your swimming pool and sauna. Ed Hendricks [PHONE NUMBER REMOVED]
