I appreciate the company's monitoring of our account and making deliveries as needed. We found the driver of the last delivery to be most pleasant and helpful. When Julie said that she had smelled some petroleum around the tank, he checked and assured us that it was a "residue smell," not a leak. This was reassuring.

I would like a sooner reply when they will show to fill a propane tank. When it was owned by locals, the reply to fill the tanks was never more than 2 days. Now they say 5 working days. You can’t have that many more customers now then you did before the current owners from Boston took over.
Also, when I called to get a guy to install a new pilot on one of my gas stoves the gal I talked to told me it would take 3 days for the for the scheduler to get back to me. Are you kidding me, all she has to do is look at the schedule and see what’s open. 3 days?? that should take about 5 minutes. However, she did get back to me in about 20 minutes which was fine but don’t tell me 3 days,
