We have had multiple issues with our account setup. It was merely impossible to make any simple change due to the mix-up with our account as we initially opened it at McCleskey for activities, later cancelled. We opened our membership at Northeast Cobb. Whoever created our membership account must have used the McCleskey record, which kept us tied to that YMCA. Long story short, Nathan was kind enough to be patient in understanding our issues and, I believe, has fixed our issues once and for all. We love the YMCA community and glad we are able to stay.
