I love the staff who are always so friendly, but, professional! The director is super personable and know my name. Not sure if that's good or bad.😁 I love everything about the Northeast Y. I've made a lot of new friends there since I started going. It's a great place for socializing and exercising. I think we all need some sort of social interaction at times.
