What impressed me the most was the total focus put forth to revolve the issue. It was a complete team effort on your part resulting in an instantaneous resolution of the missed delivery promised. I understand that the driver was new and wasn't sure where the tank was resulting in the first delay, along with a miss communication internally for the scheduled date promised by Mary. But once this was brought to your attention, the driver showed up within and hour and everything was taken care of.
I would like to apologize to Mary for being short on the phone with her last Friday. When the delivery didn't happen on Thursday as promised and I checked the level in the tank knowing the temperature was going to drop to -30 that night I got extremely nervous about running out. Please accept my sincere apology. It's not my style to speak to anyone in a short or rude manner.
