I am supposed to get my 120 gallon tank filled every three months because I only use about 20-25 gallons a month. I see the delivery truck was here a couple of days ago and left somewhere around 35 gallons, thats all fine and dandy except for the fact that when they come two months early I get to pay an extra delivery charge. I live on a very tight budget and don't like paying for something that I shouldn't because didn't look at the delivery schedule.
I have been thankful for the fact that you make the process SO easy! My work schedule doesn't allow me to get in to the office, so I have had to do everything remotely. Dawn has been incredible; patient and accommodating and informative and helpful. She made the process so easy and the tank has gotten filled even before expected. I guess I should have given a ten but it won't let me change it now. That's the first problem I've ever had with Northern Energy!
