Its been a few months ago now, but after a mess with my heater not working (sent you a letter about this) you sent Mr. Jim Lee to my house for repairs. I had the part, he installed it but it didn't solve the problem. Mr Lee talked to the stove company on the phone. Together they solved the problem. Then Mr. Lee checked everything in my home to make sure they were working properly. He is a #10. I am a happy customer. Best part, Mr. Lee listened to me! An old fat woman. Thanks to my "gentle giant repairman".
I have never met Tina in person but over the course of the last 10-15 years she has always been very helpful, friendly, courteous and personable over the telephone. I have spoken to two other telephone representatives and some repairmen and all have shown the same pleasant and informed manner when communicating with me, in person or over the telephone. Keep up the good work!
