We are very happy in this community. Houses are well built, great appliances, and loads of storage space with the full basement. Any issues are dealt with in a timely manner, but we have lived here for almost a year, and have only had a couple very minor issues. Lawn and snow maintenance is included, which is wonderful, and we are within walking distance to many stores, including the Glass Museum and Market St.!

Northside is full of comfort. Amenities are top of the line. Close to Market Street, two major grocery stores ,drug stores, and service stations. Leasing agents are first class and neighbors are great.

100% Sarah and Jessy at the office make everything possible! These ladies are so responsive with any questions I have, AND they go above and beyond ensuring the tenants needs are met! These ladies are what makes a great community and the desire to stay as a longterm tenant.

The homes are very nice. Also will be great to have some sort of court yard, green space behind the homes, once summer comes. Love living maintenance free, and agents are always an email away when questions or issues arise, and respond quickly.
