Purchased 2 Orbea M30 LT’s from Tanner and on pickup one bike had a drive line concern. They ran the bike through the shop and replaced the drive line, understanding this was frustrating for them and me the customer, they took time to make sure things were fixed correctly, and more importantly made sure we were happy with our purchase. They were professional and respectful through the process.
I ordered a Feedback heavy duty bike repair stand and received a discount on my first order which was great. The stand needed to be dispatched from the warehouse so delivery took a bit longer than usual but it arrived in excellent condition via Fedex. Would recommend Northstar for their prompt attention and terrific customer service. The stand, no doubt, is a huge upgrade from my Park Tool PCS 9 that I've been using for the last several years.

There was no charge for the service inquiry, only charge for the actual work done on the bike, which I really appreciated. The staff were nice, and took the time to touch base and really fix the problem/identify a solution, patiently explaining the situation and only fixing what needed to be fixed. And they got it done really fast!
Staff are friendly and helpful. I appreciated their help in explaining and answering my questions. I was not happy with the fact that my phone call message was not responded to. When I went in, I was told that there were issues with the phones. This caused me to have to take my bike back home and bring it in another day.
