Everyone is nice and friendly. They have a lot of activities for seniors. I would like to suggest that if a class is cancelled that it is put on Facebook, Y Connect or text everyone. A few times a class has been cancelled, and I didn't get informed. Thanks!

The staff is great. Very friendly and helpful. Always ready to help. The inside and out is clean and well maintained. So is the equipment and the trainers will answer questions you have. I have made many friends in Terri's class. Terri is a terrific instructor. I have back problems and strengthening my core has been such an awesome help. All in all I totally enjoy the Y. I enjoy everything about it. An A+++-
