The folks who comes out (Wildlife and Sentricon) are always professional and very helpful. I appreciate the good service. I wish the wildlife people would carry glue boards with them like they did in the past. I always used to get 2 or 3 for up in my attic.

I have the same experienced service tech that services my account. I have four contracts with Northwest. I do not allow rotating service tech to come to my home. This has worked for me for 20 years with Northwest. The service tech assigned to my account is not only experienced but professional and does an outstanding job.
