From the very first visit, Rick has been incredibly patient and friendly, taking time to answer every question without ever making me feel rushed. He doesn’t just come in and do the job, he explains what he’s doing, why it matters, and what I can do to keep my home pest-free in between visits. That kind of patience is rare these days and really puts me at ease. Rick’s professionalism shows in how thorough he is. He carefully checks all the spots that could be an issue, makes sure treatments are done safely, and always follows up to confirm everything is working as it should. You can tell he genuinely cares about the people he helps, not just the job itself. Northwest Exterminating has been great, but Rick is the reason I stick with them.
