Reps are the best! I have two accounts with you guys - one for our home and one for a cabin in North Georgia. Both reps are always on time, courteous, and informative (letting me know the type of pest control they are using, how it is OK for pets, what issues they may have seen while walking around the house, etc.) I have pest control companies come to my front door all the time, and I always tell them they can't beat you guys with customer service! :) I also have the cabin's crawl space serviced by your team, and I can't say enough good things about them. Very responsive, very personable, and very helpful....even when my "problem" was only that the circuit breaker for the pump had turned off! They never make me feel that I'm wasting their time by calling to ask questions. Keep up the good work, Northwest!

I have been with this service since my home was built in 2010. Service has always been on time. The times I called regarding any issues a service technician was out the next day to resolve my concerns. I had termite damage ( minor) inside the house on two occasions and all repairs were done professionally under contract with no cost to me. All employees I have dealt with have been friendly and ensured that I was completely satisfied with their help.
