Rashiid is fantastic. He has a great personality, makes me feel safe when he comes to do the service while my husband is awake, and is always willing to help whenever we have an insect problem. The company has a great price for the service we have. It is great that I don't have to go through 14 different automated channels before speaking with a human being.
