Rich Hickman has been our NWE service man for several years and he is the ABSOLUTE BEST!11 He works to help us schedule our service times. He comes quickly if we have a problem between times which by the way is almost never. He keeps us informed on new ways to handle problems. Even when NWE raises prices, Rich is worth paying more.
