Mr. Chad always shows up on his appointments. He says hello to let us know he is here and lets us know when he is done. He lets us know verbally as well as sends up a report on what he has found if anything. He does a very good job.

We absolutely love our technician/Ricky. He has now become a family friend just in his service. He is always professional, knowledgeable, kind, and he does exactly what he says. He’s going to do. We would not be satisfied with any other person. He has gained our trust immediately, by the way that he conducts himself and represents Northwest. We are grateful for any insight that he offers to ensure that we are the Pest/critter free. He always calls and lets us know that he’s on his way so there is no element of surprise.

Northwest Exterminating and Mr. Paul make it a pleasure doing business with. them. The Company always calls to confirm a good day for the appointment and Mr. Paul always gives us a reminder call when he will be here to keep our home safe from bugs and critters. After he arrives he makes his presence known and when he's done doing his work, he will let us know he's done and what he saw or found. Good customer service is important, sadly lacking in todays world...your company still has this. Notify us when to expect service, etc. Our service tech has solved some bug issues, especially spider! that are probably not an issue with most homes due to our barn dominium style of life. So appreciate that!!

Being informed by text when my service will be provided and that I do not have to be at home when the treatment is being applied. Also like that the spider webs are swept from around my windows every visit.

It's lovely to be able to communicate personally with our Pest Control guy, Steven. He always tells me to let him know if we have any issues in between treatments and he will come back. He also gives good advice on things we can do to keep our home pest-free. I totally recommend Northwest Exterminating!
