Almost weekly I am approached by another company to change my business to them. They often have lower prices and convey an increased level of services provided. I stay with Northwest really for only one reason - your technicians. For years, we had Ken in Brentwood. What a good man and great employee. When he sadly needed to step away, we thought we might too but wanted to give it a chance. Enter Doug.....he's fantastic. Whatever you pay him, it's not enough. He cares, he's thorough, he's pleasant and he's knowledgeable. He - single-handedly - is the reason I sent NW money every month. I have so many other choices, but only one Doug.

They have a very professional, personable staff. Both the techs that come to my home and the customer service reps I have spoken to on the phone are great. The techs are always pleasant and thorough when treating my house for my quarterly service. I definitely recommend them to anyone I know is looking for pest control service.

Asa is my service rep. and is always polite and kind. The Company alwaays calls ahead of schedule. When I had a problem with mice (16!) Asa was very helpful and said I held the records for the most he'd seen! In you defense, I had just moved into a new developement (Stratford Station) and there had been a lot of disruption going on.
